National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) invites applications for the 137 posts of Management Trainees

The candidates must possess any of the following qualification from recognized University/Institute with 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST)/equivalent grade.

Age Limit (as on December 31, 2009): Maximum 27 years (29 years for Post Graduates, relaxation as per rules)

Last Date:January 11, 2010

Selection Procedure / Syllabus: 

A. Written Test:

Eligible candidates will be called for a written test. The test will be on:
a. General Aptitude
b. Analytical Capability
c. Technical / Professional Knowledge
Question papers will be both in Hindi and English.


B. Interview:
The candidates short-listed on the basis of their performance in the test will be called for interview.
The selected candidates will be required to get a Medical fitness certificate and to execute a bond to serve the company for a period of 3 years after successful completion of training.

Training Period:
The selected candidates shall be required to undergo training for one year.

Remuneration / Pay Scale:

During Training Period:
Rs. 16400-40500 with Basic Pay of Rs. 16400/- p.m.
The total monthly emoluments will be approx. Rs. 27,500.
On successful completion of training:
The trainees will be absorbed in the officer cadre in the same scale with one increment @ 3% of basic pay.
